These terms of use are the rules for using this site. They are short, because the site does little: it shows numbers that public boards have published, keeps a record chart and explains the draw and the law. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.
They apply to every page, including the Hindi pages. The home page is where most readers go next.
Who May Use the Site
You must be 18 or older to use this site. It is not directed at children. The subject is a number draw that people bet on, and betting on it is illegal in most Indian states. If you are under 18, please close the page.
Information Only
The site publishes numbers, charts, times and explanations for information. It does not run any draw, take bets or payments, hold accounts, or sell or send numbers. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation or an encouragement to bet, and nothing on it is connected to the people who run any draw. The disclaimer says this in more detail and forms part of these terms.
No Guarantee of Accuracy, Timing or Availability
Numbers are copied from public result boards by an automated process and shown with the time they were read. A number can be late, because the boards are a step behind the draw; it can be wrong, because a board can be wrong; and it can be missing, because a board or our own service can be down. We correct errors when we find them, but we do not promise that any number, time or chart is right or complete at any moment.
We also do not promise that the site will be available at any given time; it may be paused, changed or taken down without notice. If a number matters to you, check more than one source.
No Advice, No Prediction
Nothing on the site is advice, and nothing on it predicts a number. The charts and counts describe the published past; every draw is independent, and the past says nothing about the next number. Allowed and Prohibited Uses
You may read the site as much as you like and share links to it. A few uses are not allowed, because they harm the site or mislead other readers.

Intellectual Property
The original text of every page, the layout, the logo and the mascot images belong to the people who run this site and are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with a link back. You may not republish whole pages, charts or images, or use the logo or mascot, without written permission.
The numbers, the draw names and the draw times are facts published by others. We claim no rights over them and no trademark over the word Taj; the Taj family page uses those names only to describe what the boards publish.
Third-Party Content
The site links to a small number of outside pages: government helplines, the cybercrime portal and reference pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do. The public boards we read are sources, not partners; we do not endorse them. We never link to betting, number-selling or payment sites.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability and fitness for any purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, the people who run this site are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the site or from reliance on anything on it.
That includes money lost on a bet placed after reading a number, a chart or a time here; money lost to a person or site that used our name; and loss caused by the site being late, wrong or unavailable.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms when the site changes. The date under the heading is the date of the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. A change such as the addition of advertising will also be reflected in the privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or about the site is subject to the courts in India. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply.
